Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Quality Control organization including customer quality, process QC, process inspection, and supplier QC and OEM activities.
Develop, improve and manage plant quality systems and process capability for all product lines-both in the OEM and AM segments.
This position requires daily quality related problem solving with responsibility for products manufactured; ensuring 100% quality standards are met.
Participate in APQP, following process from development stage thru to final shipment to customer.
Experience generating OE requirement customer PPAPs and PFMEA data. Apply relevant controls, and preventative measures by continual development of control plans.
Lead TS16949 re-certification efforts annually, directing all necessary quality audits and lending professional guidance to team on quality issues.
Participate in continuous improvement processes similar to Kaizen, Lean, etc., as well as TPS, HPM, or others.
Lead quality component of new model launch and act as program manager for quality implementation.
The Quality Manager reports to VP and will have high visibility and authority to get the job done.
Key Qualifications
7 to 15 years experience in Quality management in the automotive industry. Experience must be in QA/QC discipline.
Degree in some Engineering discipline, former work in TPS or HPM environment a plus.
Thorough understanding of TS16949 standard.
Must have strong coordination skills within a team environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills necessary. Ability to work with external customers, internal staff, and team members.
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
