Responsibilities:
Monitor program timing and its progress on a daily basis. Build all timelines, drive process and personnel to assure all program deliverables. Coordination skills must be highly tuned.
Follow up with internal departments/manufacturing to ensure milestones are achieved on time (Build events, tool kick-off, PPAP/PSA/PSO, SOP, documentation milestones, etc.)
Provide periodic updates to team to communicate launch status, mitigate risks and ensure successful launch.
Responsible for customer product development processes from prototype through program launches to ensure customer requirements are met in both service and quality.
Oversee/drive coordination of Engineering changes (ECRs) and analyze the impact of ECRs
Coordinates all external customer requirements, serve as voice of customer internally. Strictly, accurately, and with great ethics communicate plan milestones to customer.
Prepare / support documentation in response to customer requests (drawing, specifications, samples, VA/VE proposals, etc.)
Coordinate and lead internal APQP meetings, lead the documentation of all pertinent findings.
Provide engineering services and technical support to the customer (testing, analyzing and reporting)
Conduct plant visits to investigate and observe customer claims, trial production, etc.
Customer responsibility for total OEM business. Additional customer accounts will be assigned and may change in the future.
Participate heavily in the transfer of program from design/engineering to manufacturing to assure smooth transition.
Mandatory Skills/Requirements:
BS engineering degree with professional OEM work experienceNO EXCEPTIONS.
At least 2
years of Project Engineering/Account/Program Management experience, managing Business to Business relationships within the automotive industry
Must have excellent coordination skills. Our team is highly creative, and fairly head strong so this person must be ready and willing to drive process and not waiver.

Must be detail-oriented, responsive and patient
Must work well in a team environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Proven ability to build relationships with customersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
