Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office department - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Provide exceptional guest relations and customer service - Manage reservations and room assignments - Train and supervise front office staff - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner - Maintain accurate records and reports - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with night audit duties as needed
Experience:
