Exceptional Job coaches demonstrate care and passion for guiding each of their clients to their desired job security and overall position contentment! Job Coaches receive multiple case assignments for clients with differing Job needs Job Coaches work remotely and meet with their clients in the field as needed, ex:
weekly, monthly.
Job coaches provide job-planning and on-site job training ?The best candidate will be able to self-organize and produce accountable reporting and notes about their client interactions.
?All coaches receive company laptop, phone, and mileage reimbursement.
Full-time coaches are also assigned a company vehicle.
Other duties may include:
1.
Coordinating with each individual and their Circle of Support (COS) to identify an individual's employment preference, potential barriers to employment, and the coordination efforts necessary to obtain/maintain employment for each individual in the Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP)/Individual Support Planning (ISP).
2.
Attending all necessary trainings to gain and maintain certification as an ECF Supported Employment Job Coach and completing all DIDD/ECF training requirements to provide Supported Employment services under the Medicaid Waiver and ECF; 3.
Upon placement, establishing relationships with an individual's employer and co-workers to provide education, establish natural support networks, and identify barriers to an individual's work performance; 4.
Maintaining appropriate records to track the individual's progress (e.
g.
, hours worked, wages, progress notes, and other programmatic data); 5.
Maintaining compliance with all relevant licensing standards and regulations for assigned cases through monitoring all actions relevant to Supported Employment; 11.
Participating in department meetings to better streamline organizational goals and maintain excellence; ? Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics:
1.
Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, human development, or a related discipline preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2.
One-two years of prior experience in a position of similar scope preferred.
3.
The ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written mediums.

Knowledge of CPI techniques and/or behavior analysis preferred.
5.
A high energy level, adaptability, assertiveness, patience, and ability to work in a team environment.
6.
Knowledge of computers, specifically Excel and Word applications.
7.
Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
8.
Operation of a motor vehicle is required which includes proof of a valid driver's license, an ability to maintain automobile liability insurance as required by state law in Tennessee.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
