Minimum of two (2) years of Restaurant management experience; QSR or fast casual is preferred Strong communicator able to effectively coach and give direction with enthusiasm, positivity, and energy Driven leader with a growth mindset of continuous improvement Systems and processes oriented Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Open availability and ability to work a changing schedule including nights, weekends and holidays Duties:
Trains, coaches, and guides team members Able to communicate with other Managers and team members Manages the shift to ensure the lowest possible wait times and amazing hospitality while driving sales, reducing waste and upholding quality standards Oversees shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, team member breaks and overall labor efficiency during the shifts Assists in ensuring compliance Join corporate meetings and training events Job Type:
