Milosi is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Design and Build Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the lives of our clients.
As a Landscape Design and Build Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of a beautiful variety of landscape projects.
You will work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Lead a design/sales team of interns, junior designers, lead designers, and senior designers to design national award-winning designs and meet or exceed both sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Collaborate with clients to create their vision, desires, and functional requirements, ensuring their dreams come to life.
Manage, create, and update department processes to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Meet with clients to build long-lasting relationships and solve their issues.
Create, update, and facilitate training and coaching will consist of the following:
Design and Landscape Architecture, drafting (CAD), Rendering (SketchUp and Lumion), Estimating, Sales, Construction Documentation, and Project Management Lead sales team meetings.
Lead and manage department quarterly rocks (EOS) to completion Work with Landscape Project Foreman/Crew Leader to layout plants, hardscape, pools, grading, drainage, and all other aspects of the design build projects.
Work with project managers to oversee costs and ensure projects are coming in on time and on budget all while making sure the clients are in love with us.
Build new business through client referrals, networking, and collaborating with vendors.
May include other office/field assignments to meet project/company goals.
Requirements A candidate with a degree in Landscape Architecture or similar Proven experience in residential garden design, gardening, plant care, plant installation techniques, and a has a thorough knowledge of Middle Tennessee plant material Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team Customer service experience Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, preparing, and reading plans Familiar with rendering and graphics programs Understanding of efficiency, costs, and time management Candidate must be fun, humble, hungry, smart, organized, enthusiastic, collaborative, business minded Job Type:
